  I don't know about the other locations, but this location is the worst. Not only are they insensitive to a grieving families feelings, but they also have no compassion. My grandmother had a 10,000 policy on my grandfather and she wanted to honor his wishes without going broke. As a grandchild I of course had little say so in this process. Imagine my families horror when the funeral director told us that since my grandmother chose the least expensive package that in order to see our grandfather we'd have to see him laid out on a slab with a sheet like in the morgue! We were told that after he was dressed they would charge us to view the body! My grandfather died on a Friday, and after several calls and pleading we were granted 1 hour. So several family members had to travel from out of town twice! Once for viewing and second for funeral.

  The experience I had with Found and Sons Funeral Home, having dealt directly with Ray and Julie, was everything I would expect during our time of loss. I say this as I am currently in funeral service myself and have been for over 25 years, so you can understand how truly high my standards are. Their calm, collective and most sincere approach in handling my own fathers’ arrangements, was by no means a small task. While his funeral was held out of state, their attention to the details that I had set forth with them a few years before, were carried out without issue. I could not and would not recommend another establishment other than Founds for the very reason of why would I want to choose another when I found the one that carried out my families wishes without question. They showed me a strong and caring sense of compassion that I show the families I serve and it was appreciated greatly.
